Heavenly Gems Return and Refund Policy

At Heavenly Gems, we are committed to your 100% satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a seamless and fair experience for all our valued customers.

  1. Return Window: If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:
    • Used or customer-damaged merchandise
  3. Shipping Costs: We will cover all shipping charges and issue a full refund if there is a fault on our side. For returns due to a change of mind, the buyer returns the item bearing the shipping.
  4. International Orders: While we cover shipping charges, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees required by their country, i.e outside USA.
  5. Refund Process: We will credit the amount back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
