Product & Authenticity
Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. Every gemstone we use — including our Aqeeq (Agate) and Ruby stones — is 100% natural and earth-mined. We do not sell synthetic, lab-created, or dyed stones. Each stone carries its own natural variation in color and pattern, which is part of what makes it one of a kind.
What material are your rings made from?
Our rings are handcrafted in 925 Sterling Silver, which is 92.5% pure silver alloyed for durability. It is safe for daily wear and suitable for most skin types.
Why do prices vary between rings?
Pricing depends on the specific gemstone, its size and quality, and the complexity of the ring's design. Since every stone is natural, no two rings are perfectly identical, and pricing reflects that individuality.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my ring size?
We offer sizes from US 4 up through larger sizes in quarter and half-size increments. If you already know your US ring size, simply select it from the dropdown on the product page. If you are unsure, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for a quick measurement, or using a printable ring sizer guide before ordering.
Can my ring be resized after I receive it?
Most of our sterling silver rings can be resized by a local jeweler after delivery. If you are between sizes or unsure which size to choose, reach out to us on our Contact page before ordering and we will help you choose the right fit.
Shipping & Delivery
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking provided once your order leaves our workshop. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it is available.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since each ring is natural and handcrafted, please allow a short processing time before shipment in addition to standard delivery time. Exact timeframes are noted at checkout, and you're welcome to reach out on our Contact page for an estimate specific to your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Please check the shipping options available at checkout for your country. If you don't see your country listed or have a special shipping request, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
If something isn't right with your order, reach out to us on our Contact page within a few days of delivery and we will work with you on a resolution. Because every gemstone is natural, slight variations in color and pattern from the product photos are expected and are not considered defects.
How do I care for my gemstone ring?
Store your ring in a dry, soft-lined pouch or box when not in use. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and household chemicals, and remove your ring before swimming, showering, or exercising. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the shine of both the silver and the natural stone.

We accept all major credit and debit cards along with other secure checkout options available at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can use this to follow your package from our workshop to your door.
