- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Once your payment is verified, we'll begin preparing your order for shipment.
- Shipping Method: We partner with Fedex And USPS to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via the email address associated with your account.
- Product Availability: In the rare event that a product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will refund the paid amount as a Coupon Code for future purchases or credit it back to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Heavenly Gems covers all delivery charges for your convenience. However, any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your government are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipping Documentation: Your order will be accompanied by an ETD Commercial Invoice and Packing List. If you require any additional documents for cargo clearance in your country, please inform us before shipment so we can accommodate your needs.
