Question 1

Are your gemstones natural?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every ring is set with a natural gemstone — Yemeni Aqeeq, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Feroza (Turquoise), Dur-e-Najaf, Opal, Coral and Tourmaline. We never sell glass or plastic imitations. Where a stone is heat-treated or certified, this is noted on the product page.

Question 2

What metal are the rings made of?

Accepted Answer

Our rings are handcrafted in solid 925 sterling silver unless the product page states otherwise.

Question 3

Will my ring look exactly like the photo?

Accepted Answer

Natural stones are unique, so colour, pattern and inclusions can vary slightly from the photo. That individuality is part of their character and beauty.

Question 4

How do I measure my ring size at home?

Accepted Answer

1) Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. 2) Mark where it overlaps. 3) Measure the length in millimetres. 4) Match it to the chart below. Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger, and make sure it slides over your knuckle.

Question 5

What if the ring doesn't fit?

Accepted Answer

Contact us with your order number. Most of our silver rings can be resized — message us and we will guide you through the options.

Question 6

Can I get a ring engraved?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer engraving of names and initials in English, Arabic or Urdu calligraphy, Quranic ayat, and traditional inscriptions. Use the "Request Customization" button on any ring page to tell us what you'd like.

Question 7

Can you make a ring with a different stone or design?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Send us a request from the ring page you like, describe the change, and we'll reply with options and a price.

Question 8

How long do custom orders take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the work involved. We'll confirm the timeline with you before you pay.

Question 9

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address. Every order is sent with tracking.

Question 10

Do I have to pay customs duties?

Accepted Answer

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Question 11

What if my ring arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and ring, and we'll make it right.

Question 12

How do I care for my gemstone ring?

Accepted Answer

Remove your ring before swimming, bathing, exercising or cleaning. Porous stones like Feroza (Turquoise), Opal and Coral should be kept away from perfume, oils and lotions.

Question 13

How do I clean the silver?

Accepted Answer

Wipe gently with a soft silver-polishing cloth. Store your ring in a dry pouch or box to slow tarnishing. Avoid harsh chemicals.
