Messages: when you ask about a ring or request a customization, we store your name, email, message and any photo you attach so we can reply in your private conversation.

Affiliate applications: the details you submit on our affiliate form.

Browsing data: basic technical information such as device type, pages visited and cookies needed for your cart to work.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, answer your questions, create custom pieces, prevent fraud, improve our store and — only if you opt in — send you news about new collections.

Sharing

We share information only with partners who help us run the store: Shopify (orders and payments), shipping carriers (delivery), and our artisan workshop (to craft your ring). We never sell your personal information.

Retention & security

We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting, and messages for as long as needed to support you. Data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
