Our products

Every ring is handcrafted by our artisans using natural gemstones. Because each stone is unique, color, pattern, inclusions and size may vary slightly from the photos. These natural variations are not defects.

Screen settings can affect how colors appear. If you are unsure about a stone, message us before ordering.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is handled securely by Shopify checkout.

Import duties and taxes in your country, if any, are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability; if so, you will receive a full refund.

Custom orders

Custom and personalized pieces (special sizes, engravings, chosen stones) are made specifically for you. Details agreed in your conversation with us form part of the order.

Shipping & returns

Delivery, returns and exchanges are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Gemstone beliefs

Some customers value gemstones for traditional, spiritual or astrological reasons. We share that heritage with respect, but we make no medical, financial or spiritual guarantees.

Intellectual property

All photos, designs, text and branding on this site belong to Heavenly Gems and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
